Delivery management solution
The service allows to perform a wide range of tasks in the area of logistics and delivery – transportation arrangements, delivery route optimization and cost saving. Logistics comprises a web-version for dispatchers and a mobile application for drivers. Web-version ensures effective operating procedures management: order placement, planning and distribution, Google Maps-based routing, delivery process monitoring and coordination. Logistics mobile app is designed for delivery men and mobile employees.
The Logistics application helps to organize the work of courier services at all stages. The application has two versions: a web version for operators and a mobile one for couriers (works on smartphones and tablets with Android and iOS).
Orders
Working with orders is the main function of the application. The orders contain information about the goods to be delivered, the client's contact information, delivery time, and so on. During planning, routes are built from the orders.
Delivery route planning
Select orders and vehicles and get preliminary routes comprising data on the estimated arrival time and mileage. Use Google Maps data for precise address info and routing.
The route is considered fulfilled if all of its points have been visited or a status has been indicated for all of them. A route point is considered visited if the unit has sent at least one message with non-zero speed within the point radius.
Delivery process monitoring
Track the delivery process in real-time mode and respond to emerging issues through phone calls or chatting with the driver.
Reports and notifications
Get analytics from reports and communicate with clients by e-mail notifications with built-in HTML editor. In this section, you can get information about active, planned and fulfilled routes in the form of reports. The reports are required for analyzing key parameters and optimizing the courier's work.
Chat
This page is designed for correspondence with drivers. In addition to text messages, here you can receive and send images.
The chat window consists of a list of drivers (the name of the unit to which the driver is assigned is indicated in brackets) and the chat itself.
